Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating within the commercial or multifamily construction industry.
- Proficiency with estimating software such as Procore, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under deadlines.
