The UHS Corporate Accounting Department is hiring a dynamic and talented Accounts Payable Assistant.
The Accounts Payable Assistant supports Corporate Accounts Payable department with payment matching, file maintenance, audit requests, vendor statements, mail, scanning and various other basic/entry level tasks.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Performs payment matching.
- Maintains files and responds to audit requests.
- Distributes mail. Prepares FedEx packages for shipment.
- Scans invoices.
- Reviews discrepant invoices.
- Reviews vendor statements.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma with 1 year of related experience. Associates Degree preferred.
- Candidate must be able to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
- Must be detailed oriented and dependable.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong customer service skills including excellent written and oral professional communication skills.
