For our Sales Office in Miami we are looking for a committed Sales Manager to provide the ultimate experience to our customers which are looking for specific spare parts or services, and expect a flawless buying experience and more.
Position Summary
In this role, you will lead sales initiatives, manage client relationships, and identify new business opportunities within the aviation spare parts sector, with a primary focus on Narrowbody aircraft platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs. This is a key growth role supporting our continued expansion and commitment to service excellence, with opportunities to support additional aircraft programs such as ATR depending on demand and customer needs.
The Sales Manager will work in close collaboration with the commercial team, thoroughly assessing each prospective customer and opportunity before initiating any sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop business relationships with customers to maximize revenue and profit while ensuring on-time delivery and high service levels.
- Understand the connections between Skyways Technics and both our existing and prospective customer base.
- Identify key players for procurement decisions related to spare trading within potential customer organizations.
- Cultivate and sustain strong connections with decision-makers and top-level executives.
- Gather market insights concerning the existing solutions offered to customers.
- Build and sell tailor-made offers depending on the specific customer needs and local requirements.
- Ensure the contracted service levels are in accordance with the customer's and Skyways Technics' expectations.
- Continuously identify new sales leads with current and future customers.

Qualification requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Aviation Management, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong commercial acumen and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
- Exceptional communication skills in both English(spoken and written).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with deep intercultural awareness and a collaborative spirit.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems (Pentagon 2000), and familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and solve complex problems.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Working experience requirements:
- Proven experience in Aircraft Spare Parts Sales and Services is essential.
- Demonstrated success in building relationships with procurement teams and executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience delivering solutions in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Ability to multitask while understanding and solving complex problems.
- Familiarity with key Narrowbody systems and components
