Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations.
- Oversee property leasing processes from marketing units to conducting tours and negotiating lease agreements.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 guidelines, and other legal standards.
- Utilize property management software (Buildium) to maintain accurate data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management to uphold safety standards and enhance property value.
- Handle legal administrative tasks related to landlord-tenant law, contracts, and dispute resolution with professionalism and transparency.
- Engage in conflict management by addressing tenant concerns promptly while maintaining positive customer relationships through excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Maintain organized office procedures including filing, data entry, and administrative support functions.
Qualifications
- Office experience including data entry, filing, phone etiquette, and administrative support is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work inside or outside, depending on what is needed. Some days will require data-entry and filing. Others will require running errands, inspecting properties, and conducting showings.
- Great customer service skills combined with effective conflict management.
- Driver's license and vehicle to be used to travel to and from appointments.
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
