Our SkyWater Accounts Payable - Accountant 1 is responsible for a wide range of accounting activities which consists of general ledger entries, balance sheet flux analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, Accounts Payables, and month-end close. This position reports to the Accounting Manager. Responsibilities: Responsible for accounts payables (AP) invoice processing on 2 and 3-way match purchases through NetSuite Supervise weekly AP invoice on hold report. Compile and monitor AP Aging Report. Forecasting of weekly payment registers. Work with Procurement or suppliers to resolve invoice/purchase order discrepancies. Prepare journal entries and accruals for assigned accounts. Assist in reviewing balance sheet reconciliations and variances analysis to identify/research/resolve unusual balances. Assist in annual external audit as well as our annual 401(k) audit. Special projects as assigned. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting 2 years of accounting experience. Understanding of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Ability to work with all levels of management and operational groups. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail oriented. Strong problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of the functionality of Microsoft Excel. The annual salary range for this role is $56,720 - $85,080. Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.
