SkyWater is partnering with an existing client in the Southwest metro on a Sourcing Manager search! The Sourcing Manager will oversee a team of 2 direct reports while owning strategic sourcing, supplier management, and purchasing execution for our client. This person will partner with cross-functional teams to support growth, reduce sourcing costs, and help build a diverse & resilient supply chain. This is a high-impact role for a senior sourcing or purchasing contributor who’s ready to step into a management level role. Responsibilities

• Develop & execute strategic sourcing initiatives to drive cost savings and supply chain resiliancy.
• Negotiate supplier pricing, contracts, terms, and service agreements.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance metrics, and corrective actions.
• Oversee purchasing activity, inventory levels, and purchase order execution.
• Track & manage tariffs, analyze market trends, and present findings to company leadership.
• Other duties or projects as assigned.
  
  

Desired Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or purchasing roles.
• Experience managing, mentoring, or training team members preferred.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with global suppliers and international sourcing environments.
