I’m partnered with a good manufacturing client to help identify a Senior Software Developer to join a stable and collaborative technology team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, working closely with end users, and seeing the direct impact of their work on a company’s success.

****No 3rd parties. Must be local to Twin Cities area (2 days onsite after ramping up). No sponsorship is available.****

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software solutions that support core engineering and business processes.
• Build and enhance applications, databases, reporting tools, and user-facing systems.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, system performance, and operational efficiency.
• Test, troubleshoot, and support applications while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  
  

Desired Skills And Experience

• Strong VB.NET and/or C# development experience
• Experience building and supporting Windows-based business applications
• SQL Server development skills
• Ability to understand business processes, not just write code
• Interest in engineering, manufacturing, construction, CAD, or product design environments
• Someone who enjoys learning how things are built and likes solving real-world business challenges
