This role owns outside sales across the local market, calling on restaurants, hotels, country clubs, breweries, independent operators, chains, and other foodservice end-users. You’ll hunt new business aggressively, build trusted relationships, spec in equipment and full kitchen packages, manage accounts for retention and growth, and drive revenue with high autonomy in the field.

Responsibilities
- Prospect and close new business with restaurants, hotels, breweries, chains, and independent foodservice operators across the Minneapolis market
- Build and grow long-term relationships as the trusted advisor, specifying premium equipment and full kitchen solutions
- Manage existing accounts for retention, upsell opportunities, and repeat revenue
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to install coordination and post-sale support
- 5 years of proven outside sales experience in competitive, relationship-driven environments (foodservice, equipment, or related B2B preferred)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Foodservice industry experience
