The Estimator / Project Manager’s primary responsibility is two-fold; (1) bid and secure projects within the Commercial Market with an emphasis on Asphalt Paving & Grading, and (2) overall management to the satisfaction of the Client and the standards of not only the industry, but that of our company..

Responsibilities

• Accurately estimate quantities and productions/crews required
• Evaluate design options and recommend alternative solutions or approaches as needed to secure work
• Complete job setup including subcontracts and purchase orders
• Track job costs and accurately project cost to complete – complete fiscal responsibility
  
  

Desired Skills And Experience

• BS degree in Construction Management, or equivalent
• Good PC skills--proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Blue Beam and all HCSS software programs
• Prepare 3D Volumetric Plans
• Project expience up to 25M
