This role will be responsible for technical development, integrations, and enhancements within IFS. It’s a hands-on position combining development, administration, and internal consulting—ideal for someone who can both code and collaborate across business units. The selected candidate will help build standards and documentation for how IFS is used across the organization, while also driving future migration and cloud initiatives.
Compensation: $110 – 120k/year benefits, no sponsorship available.
Hybrid—targeting 2–3 days onsite weekly at a key facility (Algonquin, IL preferred, but open to St. Louis, Grafton, Houston, or Charlotte). Additional flexibility possible for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain scripts, integrations, and enhancements within the IFS ERP system. Build and optimize database objects (tables, views, stored procedures). Develop reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). Write database code (PL/SQL, T-SQL) and maintain IFS-related modules. Integrate IFS with third-party systems via APIs or middleware. Partner with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Collaborate with data and supply chain teams to improve data access, quality, and reporting processes. Support ERP upgrades, migrations, and documentation efforts. Serve as the internal IFS SME for cross-departmental projects.
Desired Skills And Experience
5–8 years of hands-on IFS ERP development and customization experience. Proficiency in SQL Server, PL/SQL, and .NET (C# or .NET Core). Experience with SSRS reporting and database optimization. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working across business and technical stakeholders. Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
