We are partnering with an established and independent experiential agency to find a Procurement Specialist who loves discovering great products, building vendor relationships, and bringing creative ideas to life!

About The Role

This person will own the sourcing process for branded merchandise and promotional products used in experiential marketing. You’ll partner closely with Creative, Production, and Client Service teams to recommend products that align with each program’s goals, budget, and timeline.

From the initial idea through final delivery, you’ll coordinate vendor outreach, pricing, samples, production timelines, quality control, and problem-solving to ensure every project is delivered successfully.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Source creative branded merchandise and promotional products for a wide variety of marketing programs.
• Research new products, industry trends, sustainable options, and innovative merchandise ideas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, production schedules, and vendor terms.
• Coordinate product samples, pricing requests, and production timelines.
• Partner closely with Creative teams to recommend merchandise that supports campaign concepts.
• Work alongside Producers to ensure recommendations align with budgets, logistics, and deadlines.
• Support client proposals with thoughtful merchandise recommendations.
• Manage multiple sourcing requests simultaneously while maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Troubleshoot production issues and proactively communicate solutions when challenges arise.

What We’re Looking For

• Approximately 3 years of experience in branded merchandise, promotional products, procurement, sourcing, experiential marketing, or a related field.
• Experience working with suppliers and negotiating pricing.
• Strong understanding of promotional products, decoration methods, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented.

• Fully remote position.
• Standard business hours are 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Central Time.
• Occasional flexibility may be needed to support project deadlines, vendor visits, or production milestones.
• Full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
  
  

This is a remote-first opportunity, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating closely with a highly connected team. The compensation range is $60,000–$75,000, with final salary determined by a candidate’s experience, skills, and overall potential.
