Qualifications

- Experience preparing pleadings, motions, and briefing on complex matters
- Proficiency with e-discovery and fact development
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to work through complex factual, legal, and logistical issues
- Eligibility for admission or an active New York license; judicial clerkship experience preferred
