SkyWater has partnered with an established alternative investment firm in Minneapolis to find a Corporate Counsel, reporting to the DGC. This person will work on complex direct lending transactions from diligence through closing, including drafting and negotiating credit agreements, managing syndications, overseeing amendments and waivers, and advising on workouts and restructurings.

The ideal candidate will bring strong drafting and negotiation skills, lender-side experience, and a commercial mindset. Familiarity with cash-flow lending structures and private credit markets is particularly valuable.
