About the Role:
Director of Admissions
Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries and admissions
Coordinate with healthcare providers, referral sources, and insurance companies to facilitate the admissions process
Should have Insurance experience
Conduct patient assessments to determine eligibility and develop personalized care plans
Collaborate with the care team to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient admissions, assessments, and treatment plans
Process admission paperwork
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective admissions strategies to meet or exceed departmental targets
Manage admissions budgets and monitor expenses to ensure financial stability
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of exeperience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
