What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tennis Front Desk Associate position at Skyview at Terra Vista?
Our Tennis Center is looking for a friendly part-time Front Desk Associate who strives to delight our members and guests by:
- Extending a warm welcome to individuals entering the pro shop in a pleasant manner
- Assisting with tournament and clinic registration, scheduling court times and tennis lessons
- Handling check-ins, addressing questions and resolving issues appropriately
- Maintaining cleanliness of front desk areas to contribute to an exceptional facility experience
- Contacting housekeeping and maintenance departments when a problem is reported
- Answering phones, greeting players and assigning courts, signing members up for socials, tournaments, round robins, etc.
- Performing basic phone calls and cashiering of tennis apparel
- Part time, less than 30 hours per week. Mostly weekdays 8-1:30 or 1:30-8.
- $14.00 an hour
- Tennis facility and grounds are smoke-free
Must live within a commutable distance to Hernando, FL.
