🚨 Hiring: Field Service Technician / Pump Technician 🚨
📍 Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire
🕕 Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM Start
We are seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair pumping systems, motors, control panels, and related mechanical/electrical equipment at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and service pumping systems and controls
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• Troubleshoot pumps, motors, VFDs, and control panels
• Read and interpret electrical schematics
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues in the field
• Replace components and perform repairs
• Configure VFDs and control devices
• Complete service documentation and reports
• Communicate findings and recommendations to customers
What We're Looking For:
✔ Experience with pumps, motors, controls, or industrial equipment
✔ Ability to read electrical schematics
✔ Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
✔ Experience with VFDs, control panels, or motor controls preferred
✔ Strong customer service and communication skills
✔ Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to customer sites
Training Available:
Candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills will be considered. Extensive paid training and mentorship will be provided alongside senior technicians.
Salary : $25 - $30
