Associate Scientist (R&D Laboratory) | Contract Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Execute laboratory experiments and product formulation studies.
- Develop and optimize prototypes to achieve performance targets.
- Conduct chemical, physical, and application testing.
- Analyze experimental data and provide recommendations.
- Maintain detailed laboratory notebooks and technical documentation.
- Support product validation and performance evaluations.
- Manage laboratory inventory, raw materials, and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and environmental standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
- 0-3 years of laboratory experience.
- Experience conducting laboratory experiments and testing.
- Strong documentation and data analysis skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Product formulation experience.
- Consumer packaged goods (CPG) experience.
- Laundry, fabric care, textile, or cleaning product experience.
- R&D or Product Development laboratory experience.
