Role Description
This full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role is based in Santa Ana, CA. The Maintenance Technician will perform routine and emergency maintenance on production and facility equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation. Day-to-day responsibilities include inspecting machinery, diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and completing scheduled preventive maintenance tasks. The role also involves documenting work performed, following safety and compliance procedures, and coordinating with supervisors and production teams to minimize downtime. The Maintenance Technician will use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment, and will support continuous improvement of maintenance processes.
Qualifications
- Strong equipment maintenance skills, including hands-on experience with production or facility machinery.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and basic electrical issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs, including routine inspections, lubrication, and part replacement.
- Background in maintenance & repair and industrial maintenance within a manufacturing, warehouse, or light industrial environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders.
