How You Will Make An Impact
- Execute comprehensive general repairs including basic commercial plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, lighting, and building hardware.
- Conduct rigorous daily property inspections to guarantee the utmost cleanliness, aesthetic presentation, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate third-party vendors and specialty contractors on-site to verify work matches approved project scopes and schedules.
- Facilitate property tours and vendor bids by securely prepping, opening, and locking commercial units.
- Evaluate contractor performance and report structural deficiencies or operational concerns directly to management.
- Resolve urgent tenant maintenance requests swiftly to uphold premium landlord-tenant relationships.
- Manage vacant property turnovers and proactive preventative maintenance cycles to maximize asset readiness.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid California driver's license, a reliable personal vehicle, and a clean driving record.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform demanding, continuous on-site maintenance tasks.
- Strong independent problem-solving skills with a verified history of punctuality and self-starting field operations.
- 5 or more years of dedicated commercial building maintenance and preventative systems experience.
- Broad, advanced knowledge of complex commercial building systems and specialized trades.
- Proven background overseeing third-party service providers, reviewing construction scopes, and assessing contractor bids.
- Exceptional customer service mindset paired with highly polished communication and organization skills.
