Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable Vault Specialist to support a data management vault move. This role involves scanning, organizing, and preparing physical media for secure transfer. The ideal candidate is detail‐oriented, able to work independently, and comfortable with physical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Scan tapes out of the Securbase system with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Package tapes into boxes for vault relocation.
- Move boxes and fill containers as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures.
- Work independently while meeting productivity and quality expectations.
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Qualifications
- Basic computer literacy.
- Experience using scanners or similar equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Dependable, self‐motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
