Are you an experienced forklift operator looking for a stable opportunity with a growing Fortune 500 company? We are seeking Warehouse Forklift Operators and Machine Operators to join our expanding organic materials production team in Wright City, MO. Team members are expected to support warehouse operations, material handling, housekeeping, and general facility upkeep to help maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Pay & Schedule

• Shift: 2nd Shift
• Schedule: Monday to Thursday 4:00PM to 2:30 AM 
• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
• Overtime: Approximately 20 hours of overtime available weekly

Job Responsibilities

• Supply production lines with empty pallets and communicate pallet inventory needs to supervisors
• Remove palletized product from production lines and transport materials safely throughout the facility
• Operate stretch-wrapping equipment and replace stretch film as needed
• Place finished pallets into inventory locations accurately and safely
• Load, unload, move, and store materials using forklifts and material handling equipment
• Operate computer-controlled production systems for processing multiple raw material ingredients.
• Monitor production lines to ensure performance, efficiency, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with material handlers and heavy equipment operators to determine which materials will be used in production.
• Communicate material needs and ensure shakers (mixers) remain properly filled to maintain production flow.
• Verify the correct roll stock is being used and load materials onto machinery.
• Perform machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting to maintain production quality and output.
• Conduct quality checks, including product weight and volume verification.
• Maintain warehouse and plant cleanliness by sweeping, shoveling, picking up debris, taking out trash, and cleaning equipment

Work Environment

• Warehouse and outdoor yard environment
• Must be comfortable working in a dusty indoor/outdoor setting
• Frequent walking, lifting, bending, and physical labor required
• Ability to lift and stack 40 lb. bags throughout the shift

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, production, or yard environment preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. consistently throughout the shift
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
