Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

What You’ll Do
- Assemble components and subassemblies using hand and power tools
- Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and blueprints
- Perform leak testing and basic product testing
- Conduct inspections to ensure high-quality standards
- Troubleshoot minor assembly issues
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
What We’re Looking For
- 1 year of assembly or manufacturing experience
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use tools
- Ability to follow written instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Basic computer skills
Preferred (but not required):
- Cable or harness assembly experience
- Cleanroom or technical manufacturing experience
- Experience with leak testing or inspection processes
- Ability to read engineering drawings or blueprints
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Technical training or certifications are a plus
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 25 lbs (more with assistance)
- Stand or sit for extended periods
- Frequent use of hands, arms, and tools
- Ability to bend, reach, and move throughout shift
Work Environment
- Clean, organized manufacturing or cleanroom setting
- PPE required (provided)
- Moderate noise and exposure to production equipment
