Position Overview
SkySource Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Support Associate to assist an outside sales team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, multitasking, and communication. As a key support partner to sales representatives, you will help ensure smooth operations, strong client relationships, and accurate order processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to outside sales representatives
- Communicate with clients, internal teams, and sales staff to ensure seamless service
- Prepare and manage customer correspondence with professionalism and accuracy
- Enter, update, and maintain client records and order information
- Track and support multiple orders, accounts, and requests simultaneously
- Assist in resolving client inquiries and issues efficiently
- Ensure all documentation and data is precise and up to date
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Previous administrative, sales support, or customer service experience preferred
