Seeking a Medical Malpractice Defense Litigation Senior Associate to handle cases from inception through resolution. This is an excellent opportunity to take significant case responsibility and build toward future leadership/partnership.
Responsibilities
Handle medical malpractice defense cases from start to finish
Manage discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, experts, and trial preparation
Develop litigation strategy and maintain full file responsibility
Work with clients, insurers, experts, courts, and opposing counsel
Manage a substantial caseload and prepare cases for trial
Requirements
3–5 years of medical malpractice defense litigation
Defense-side experience required
Ability to independently manage cases from inception through resolution
Strong research, writing, advocacy, and communication skills
Trial experience preferred
NH Bar admission preferred/required

Strong estate-planning drafting experience
