Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced PEGA Smart Dispute Developer with a strong background in the banking domain, specifically in credit cards, payments, and dispute management systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the PEGA Smart Dispute (SD) module, strong technical and functional knowledge, and hands-on development experience to deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using the PEGA Smart Dispute module.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Provide technical expertise in credit card and payments systems, with a focus on dispute management processes.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with business goals.
Requirements:
- 10 years of IT experience, with strong development expertise in PEGA Smart Dispute.
- Proven knowledge of banking, credit card, and payments domain.
- Strong understanding of PEGA Smart Dispute module architecture and functionality.
- Experience working in Agile environments with full participation in Agile ceremonies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
Salary : $60 - $62
