Enrollment & Outreach Associate

Skyscraper Marketing is hiring an outgoing Enrollment & Outreach Associate to support wireless campaigns throughout the Concord area. As an Enrollment & Outreach Associate, you'll work directly with customers at retail campaigns and promotional events, helping them enroll in affordable mobile and wireless plans while creating a smooth and positive experience from the first conversation through activation.

This Enrollment & Outreach Associate opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and developing professional sales skills in a fast-paced environment. Every Enrollment & Outreach Associate plays an important role in helping customers access wireless services that fit their needs while contributing to overall sales growth and customer acquisition efforts.

Enrollment & Outreach Associate Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-person with enrollment documentation and account setup during promotional campaigns.
• Guide customers through the enrollment process while ensuring account information is completed accurately
• Explain service options, pricing, and plan features in a way that supports confident enrollment decisions and sales outcomes
• Help customers compare available solutions and select options that fit their lifestyle and budget
• Answer questions regarding devices, activations, wireless services, and account setup
• Support customer acquisition efforts by creating positive interactions that lead to successful enrollments and sales
• Follow up with newly enrolled customers to reinforce plan value and strengthen long-term customer relationships
• Track enrollment activity, activation progress, and sales performance throughout active campaigns
• Develop communication, organization, and customer engagement skills while working as an Enrollment & Outreach Associate

As an Enrollment & Outreach Associate, your day is centered around helping customers navigate enrollment options, understand wireless services, and select solutions that fit their needs. Successful Enrollment & Outreach Associates combine professionalism, organization, and customer-focused sales skills to create positive experiences while supporting campaign growth and enrollment success.

This is an onsite Enrollment & Outreach Associate role. No previous telecom experience is required; in-house training is provided.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
