We are looking for an experienced manager-level candidate to work with our existing team and help us accelerate our growth plan. We currently manage 115 homes and condos in Park City and Deer Valley.

Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between homeowners, guests, and property management teams to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide outstanding service.
- Utilize property management software to update records, process payments, track maintenance requests, and generate reports.
- Coordinate property maintenance activities by liaising with facilities management teams and ensuring timely resolution of repair requests.
- Manage conflict situations with professionalism using conflict management techniques to de-escalate issues while maintaining positive relationships.
- Support team management efforts by assisting with training new staff on property management tools, customer service protocols, and administrative procedures.
- Maintain accurate data entry, filing systems, and documentation to ensure compliance with legal standards and internal policies.
- Engage in upselling opportunities by promoting additional services or lease renewals that benefit both residents and the property portfolio.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles.
- Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, or similar platforms; experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is a plus.
- Knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 housing programs, LIHTC compliance, and related legal frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage conflicts effectively while maintaining excellent customer relationships through strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation, reporting, and correspondence.
- Experience working within property management companies or facilities management environments is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry, filing systems, and contract administration.
- Excellent phone etiquette coupled with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced office setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing client relationships professionally and proactively.
