Software QA / Test Engineer – Mobile/SASE Client - High Growth Network Security Company

(multiple openings from Mid to Sr. to Lead)

San Jose, CA (you can work from home 1x/week)

The company is in the SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) and SD-WAN networking space.

The company has raised a large amount of funding from top investors and is expecting an IPO in the next 1-2 years. It has almost 1,000 employees (roughly double what it was 4 years ago), and 250 engineers, and is rapidly growing.

The company will pay a salary commensurate with experience (ranging from $140k-$250k), plus equity.

Job Responsibilities:

- Designing, developing, and executing test plans for testing SASE clients on Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android and Linux.

- Verifying the SASE and SSE functionalities end to end.

- Automating SASE client features for Windows, MacOS, Linux.

- Recreating the issues in SASE clients discovered by customers.

- Filing detailed report on issues discovered and validate fixes.

Qualifications:

- At least 3 years of professional experience with Networking.

- Experience with IPSec and SSL VPN of MAC, IOS, or Android.

- Track record of qualifying VPN products end to end across multiple end device platforms including Windows, Mac, iOS, Android and Linux.

- Experience with iOS/MAC OSx XPC testing.

Nice to have:

- Experience with user authentication methods (LDAP, RADIUS, SAML, Certificate), MFA.

- Experience with Windows driver testing, experience with Widows system internal tools.

- Experience with SASE.
