Overview
Growing manufacturing company is seeking a professional office admin with excellent customer service skill sets. Position includes, but is not limited to; interaction with high level customers in-person and on the phone, supporting sales and executive level staff, directing calls and proficient use of Google Workspace software. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality, yet will be prompt and perceptive with disciplined work ethic. You should be able to support the owner as well other departments as needed.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-3:30 PM.

Administrative Assistant / Receptionist Requirements:
- Must have at least 2-5 years of professional receptionist experience, a very stable and consistent work history
- Excellent customer service skill sets and a high level of professionalism
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Must have a current resume with recent office experience
- Strong customer service and people skills
- Excellent phone skills
- Business professional attitude
- Data entry skills
- Computer proficiency, particularly with Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook
- Able to work comfortably and efficiently by yourself
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
