Office Administrator (Full-Time, Hybrid Option)
Location: Lehi, UT
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full Time
Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days at home optional(after training)
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our operations, customer experience, and leadership teams. This role includes administrative work, reporting, light financial tasks, and helping with company events and culture. What You’ll Do
Weekly Responsibilities
- Pick up company mail and record checks in Brio
- Make weekly bank deposits
- Coordinate Wednesday team lunch (collect orders, place order, pickup)
- Complete weekly reporting for leadership (customer trends, CSAT, reviews, referral metrics, etc.)
- Support reporting for bonuses, new movers, and territory updates
- Run New Mover lists via different data bases
- Respond to Google reviews
- Assist with building territories
- Send weekly payments to contractors
- Audit HubSpot to ensure leads are assigned correctly
- Other tasks that may be assigned as the role progresses
General Duties
- Set up new hires in internal systems (Leapsome, HubSpot, spreadsheets)
- Manage swag orders, incentive shopping, recognition gifts
- Assist with equipment orders and inventory management
- Help plan company events: holidays, summer, team activities, President’s Club
- Prepare company meeting slides & send recap emails
- Help with payroll (contractor payments via Wise)
- Maintain organized employee and contractor records
- Assist with Accounts Receivable tasks as needed
- Support social media content calendar approvals
- Help with Sales Unqualified audits and Tech Lead audits
- Handle miscellaneous operations projects as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years experience in administrative support, office coordination, or operations
- Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills (filters, sorting, simple formulas)
- Comfortable using multiple software platforms (CRM, data tools, etc.)
- Excellent organization, accuracy, and follow-through
- Strong communication skills — written and verbal
- Able to manage recurring weekly tasks while handling new projects
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Reliable transportation (for mail, bank run, lunch pickup)
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with Brio, HubSpot, Leapsome, Wise and other softwares
- Event or employee recognition planning
- Social media coordination
- Reporting or data entry experience
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Must work in office at least 3 days per week
- Up to 2 remote days after training (based on performance)
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive pay: $50,000-$60,000 Annual Salary
