As the Product Marketing Manager at SkyOne Federal Credit Union, you will play a pivotal role in developing, directing, and executing comprehensive product marketing plans and promotions. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with organizational growth priorities, such as new membership acquisitions and account activations. Your expertise will influence product advertising and member behavior analysis, ensuring that strategies effectively resonate with our community.

QUALIFICATIONS
- College degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred, but not required.
- Minimum of four (4) years in marketing, advertising, or public relations position.
- Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience.
- Must be diplomatic, solutions driven, and a strategic thinker to balance the needs and interests of multiple stakeholder groups.
- Excellent project management skills to help bring together every component of a project, including resources or planning, that are needed to complete it in a timely manner while managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to think strategically focus on the big picture, ensuring that goals and objectives are strategically aligned with the organization's vision and mission.
- Must have practical experience in managing and using HubSpot tools and capabilities.
- Must have on-hands experience in managing website content, preferably in Wordpress.
- Possess financial and people management skills, as well as the management of information/data and results.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills that foster diversity, empowers others to think individually all while promoting a positive and respectful workplace.
- Ability to evaluate and minimize risks to the company and its employees through all marketing channels while adhering to compliance/regulations that pertain to marketing.
