POSITION SUMMARY
Skyline is looking for a talented professional to oversee our daily and future operations. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform as Manager on Duty
- Supervise team members’ guest service performance
- Manage Front of House experience
- Ensure the front of the house is clean and organized
- Develop systems to run an efficient guest experience
- Expense management of labor, inventory, and costs of goods sold
- Continuously work with team members to improve performance
- Diffuse guest concerns
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment experience
- Previous management experience
- Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule
COMPENSATION
- Salaried position ($48,000-$65,000/year)
- Bonus program up to $5,000/quarter

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40lbs
- Must be able to stand for 4-6 hours at a time
