Primary Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic and electrical components according to specifications and drawings
- Perform DC electrical assembly, wiring, crimping, and soldering to certified standards
- Lay out, position, align, and fit components accurately
- Build wire harnesses and assemble LED panels and wiring systems
- Use hand and power tools to assemble manufactured parts
- Assemble components using bolts, rivets, and other fasteners
- Repair products by dismantling, reshaping, straightening, and reassembling parts
- Perform electronic diagnosis, troubleshooting, and basic testing
- Follow quality control procedures to ensure product reliability and safety
- Safely lift, carry, and move materials weighing 50–100 lbs., including overhead lifting
- 1–2 years of experience as an electronic assembler (required)
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and drawings
- Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment
- Experience with crimping, soldering, and wiring assemblies
- Understanding of quality control principles and manufacturing standards
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina
- Pre-employment skills testing required
