Skyline Personnel is seeking a Facilities Coordinator for a religious institution in Raleigh, NC. This role manages facility scheduling, executes room setups and tear-downs, performs regular walkthroughs of the property, and coordinates with staff, our Trustee Committee, the fractional facilities manager, and our cleaning vendor. Approximately 40% of the job involves physical work such as moving tables and chairs. This individual will ensure the campus is ready for worship, ministry programs, and community events. Hours: Sunday: 8:30am - 12:30pmMonday - Thursday: 8:30am - 4:30pm Additional hours as neededPay rate: $20-22/hourly DOE Key Responsibilities* Oversee facility calendar and event setups* Prepare rooms for services, studies, and community activities* Conduct daily/weekly building walkthroughs* Coordinate cleaning and maintenance vendors* Support staff and Trustees with facility needs* Assist with building security routines Qualifications* High school diploma* Organized, dependable, and proactive* Able to lift and move event equipment; ability to lift 50lbs* Strong communication with staff, Trustees, and contractors* Experience in facilities or event operations is helpful* Ability to use computers and related technology
