Commercial HVAC Construction Installer (Chilled Water/WSHP)

At Skyline Mechanical—a family-owned firm serving the valley for 40 years—we’re seeking a Commercial HVAC Construction Installer to drive retrofit, changeout, and new construction work across commercial (and some residential) sites.

In your first months, you’ll take ownership of a cooling tower replacement, coordinate WSHP tie-ins, and deliver a clean, code‑compliant RTU replacement—on time and fully documented through our mobile platform.

• Install, replace, and commission HVAC systems: RTUs, WSHPs, and cooling towers.
• Lay out and install grooved iron piping with precision and safety.
• Perform mechanical troubleshooting and resolve issues at the component level.
• Execute plumbing, welding, and refrigeration piping/brazing to spec.
• Partner with property maintenance and project teams to achieve project milestones.
• Maintain accurate, digital records—no paper work orders.

• 3 years in HVAC installation with strong mechanical diagnostics.
• Experience supporting property maintenance tasks related to installs.
• Proficiency in plumbing, welding, and refrigeration techniques is a plus.
• Excellent communication and detail orientation.
• Experience in central plants and chilled water systems is a plus.
• Clean AZ driver’s license; committed to a drug‑free workplace.
