Duties

• Operate heavy machinery including dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, cranes, and front loader trucks to perform excavation, grading, lifting, and material handling tasks.
• Manage various trucks such as dump trucks, water trucks, roll-off trucks, tanker trucks, and front loader trucks to transport materials and support site operations.
• Use construction equipment like concrete mixers and farm machinery to assist in building foundations and infrastructure.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections on all equipment to ensure safety and proper functioning before use.
• Collaborate with team members to execute site plans efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and project timelines.
• Maintain accurate operation logs, equipment maintenance records, and safety documentation throughout each shift.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of construction sites by moving materials and clearing debris as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working on construction sites with a strong understanding of heavy equipment operation.
• Mechanical knowledge related to the maintenance and troubleshooting of construction machinery.
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with experience operating various trucks such as dump trucks, tanker trucks, or water trucks.
• Hands-on experience operating equipment like dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, cranes, and other heavy machinery.
• Familiarity with construction safety standards and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Ability to read technical manuals and follow operational instructions accurately.
• Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks in outdoor environments for extended periods. Join us in building the future! Pay: $26.22 - $31.57 per hour
