The Role
This position supports the execution of complex client exhibit programs, with a focus on detailed project coordination that keeps deliverables on track.
Main responsibilities include submitting show service forms, arranging freight and labor, tracking deadlines, and ensuring that internal teams have the information and resources needed to execute.
The Key Account Project Manager partners closely with a Key Account Manager who leads the broader client relationship and program planning. This position owns a defined portion of the workload, typically consisting of repeatable, time-sensitive, and operationally focused projects. Expectations are structured, but the pace is fast and requires attention to detail, deadline sensitivity, and the ability to work across multiple systems and teams.
Success in this role comes from reliability, clear communication, and strong follow-through across every project touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate small- to mid-size client projects with a focus on logistics and delivery
· Submit and track show services such as electrical, rigging, and labor through general contractor portals
· Communicate with internal teams to ensure asset pulls, preparation, and return shipments are scheduled and executed appropriately
· Assemble digital show packets, including install guides, labor orders, and CADs
· Monitor and meet early deadlines for discounted services to manage costs effectively
· Maintain complete and accurate records in systems such as QuoteWerks, TeamUp, and Exhibit Force
· Support post-show reconciliation, including invoice collection, cost tracking, and project closeout documentation
· Participate in internal project meetings and help ensure cross-team alignment through timely updates and clear documentation
Minimum Qualifications
· Highly organized and process-driven, with a preference for structure and detail
· 2–3 years of experience in coordination, hospitality, operations, logistics, or client services
- Must be able to travel domestically up to 25%
· Comfortable managing multiple timelines and adjusting to changing priorities
· Strong written communication skills and the ability to coordinate across teams
· Experience working within CRM or project management tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
· Proactive, dependable, and able to anticipate problems before they arise
· Interested in long-term growth toward larger-scale project or program roles
