Responsibilities
Smile and be attentive to customers’ needs. Support team members by maintaining a supply of clean dishes, silver and glasses. Restock server stations and steam tables throughout your shift, you are a key position for fast service. Monitor the dining room, restrooms, and parking lot for cleanliness. Opening shifts may have food preparation responsibilities, closing shifts will have shut down routines to prepare for the next day of business.
Positive attitude! You see what is needed and take care of it. All Team members depend on you so keeping up during the busy times is important.
Qualifications
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching and lifting.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. This can include cases, service trays, spaghetti lugs, bus tubs, trash cans, and any other item up to that weight several times per shift.
- Ability to follow all health and safety laws, policies and procedures. Frequent hand washing is required.
- Displays professional and appropriate image and appearance.
- Outgoing and willing to serve the public in a positive manner.
- Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and pleasant manner.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
