Responsibilities
Smile and greet guests as they enter the restaurant or when delivering drive-thru service. Rings in orders and ensures that all items are prepared within standards. Prepares and delivers beverages, silverware, condiments and food, quickly and correctly. Responds to any additional guest needs in the dining room or the drive thru and cashes guests out.
You are the face of Skyline Chili for guests too busy to come in! Your quick smile and friendly personality are welcome and appreciated by the drive thru crowd. They are in a hurry, so fast service is important. That's Skyline Time.
Qualifications
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching and lifting. Job requires substantial repetitive motions of the wrist, hands and fingers.
- Ability to follow all health and safety laws, policies and procedures. Frequent hand washing is required.
- Follows all required procedures outlined in Skyline Chili’s cash handling policy.
- Possess basic reading, writing, math and computer skills.
- Displays professional and appropriate image and appearance.
- Outgoing and willing to serve the public in a positive manner.
- Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and pleasant manner.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
