This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for the overall performance of Skyline Chili corporate owned restaurants within an assigned market. You’ll partner cross-functionally with teams like Marketing, HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure our restaurants deliver best-in-class results in operations, culture, profitability, and guest experience.
As a District Manager, you will:
- Own and drive financial performance across your market, including sales growth and profitability.
- Lead, coach, and develop restaurant leadership teams to achieve strong results.
- Ensure operational excellence across all locations.
- Build strong talent pipelines and succession plans.
- Use data and insights to identify opportunities and execute strategic action plans.
- Partner with HR on recruiting, performance management, and team development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives, financial accuracy, and operational improvements.
