Role Description
We are seeking an organized and proactive Property Administrator for a full-time on-site role in Roseland, NJ. The Property Administrator will be responsible for assisting in daily property management activities, including tenant communication, coordinating maintenance requests, handling budgetary tasks, maintaining property records, and supporting leasing efforts. The role requires close collaboration with property managers to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction. Qualifications
