We’re Hiring: Travel & Conference Coordinator (Paid Position)
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Travel & Conference Coordinator to help us execute seamless conference and event experiences across the country.
This role is critical to our growth. You’ll be the operational backbone behind our presence at conferences—making sure booths are secured, travel is smooth, and our team shows up focused and prepared.
- Coordinate conference logistics from start to finish
- Research, purchase, and manage booth registrations and exhibitor requirements
- Plan and book team travel, flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Manage conference timelines, deadlines, and documentation
- Serve as the main point of contact between our team and event organizers
- Track budgets, confirmations, and itineraries to keep everything organized
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce friction
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience coordinating travel, events, or conferences (professional or agency experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and follow-up habits
- Comfortable working with multiple vendors, deadlines, and moving parts
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and calm under pressure
