About the Role

We’re seeking a Human Resources Generalist who’s ready to make an impact across multiple states and locations. This role supports a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR program coordination. You’ll partner closely with our HR Benefits Coordinator and Director of Human Resources to deliver exceptional employee experiences and ensure efficient, compliant people operations.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and wants to grow into a broader HR leadership role as our department scales.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a trusted HR partner to employees and leaders across all locations.

• Support full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.

• Assist with employee relations, training coordination, and engagement initiatives.

• Maintain HR records, systems, and compliance documentation.

• Partner with the HR Benefits Coordinator on payroll and benefits data accuracy.

• Participate in HR projects, audits, and continuous improvement efforts.

• Travel regularly between Western Kansas and North Texas to support employees and site needs.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of HR experience preferred, with exposure to recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

• Team-focused and proactive mindset with a drive for improvement.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using HRIS systems preferred.

• Willingness and ability to travel regularly between Western Kansas and North Texas.

• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred or willingness to obtain.
