What You’ll Be Doing
- Actively engage with guests throughout the venue to promote SKYLAKE Adventures.
- Encourage visitors to stop by the SKYLAKE booth to learn more, sign up for updates, and purchase tickets.
- Clearly and enthusiastically communicate key park features, attractions, and upcoming opening details.
- Support on-site ticket sales and promotional offers.
- Help coordinate, guide, and motivate a small group of volunteers during each shift.
- Provide direction to volunteers on outreach approach, guest engagement, and booth support.
- Ensure volunteers represent the SKYLAKE brand in a positive and professional manner.
- Set up, maintain, and break down promotional materials and booth displays as needed.
- Work collaboratively with fellow SKY Crew members and leadership to meet daily engagement goals.
- Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people in a public setting
- Strong communication skills and ability to represent the brand professionally
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of accountability
- Ability to work outdoors and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Must be available to work weekends
