At SkyGeek, we support aviation and defense missions by doing the right things, the right way. We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily operations, drive efficiency, and champion accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
This role is ideal for a hands-on operational leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys developing people while removing barriers to success.
What You’ll Do
✅ Lead day-to-day operations and oversee workflows, resources, and performance
✅ Manage and develop teams, including direct oversight of the Warehouse Manager
✅ Hire, train, coach, and hold teams accountable through clear expectations
✅ Drive process improvements, cost control, and operational efficiency
✅ Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality requirements
✅ Partner cross-functionally to support organizational goals and strategy
What We’re Looking For
✔ Proven operations leadership experience
✔ Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to prioritize, delegate, and operate effectively under pressure
✔ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
✔ 5 years in operations or distribution (aerospace preferred)
✔ DOT 49 CFR / IATA Hazmat Certification (strongly preferred)
