Operations Manager
Location: LaGrangeville, NY
Type: Full-Time
SkyGeek, a GracoRoberts Company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daytoday operations, drive efficiency, and ensure compliance across the organization. This role blends hands-on leadership with strategic oversight to support Aerospace and Aviation customers while promoting our values and culture.
What Youll Do
- Oversee daily operations, workflows, and resource planning to ensure efficiency and on-time execution\
- Lead and develop teams, including direct oversight of the Warehouse Manager
- Hire, train, coach, and hold teams accountable through clear expectations and follow-up
- Collaborate cross-functionally to remove barriers and support organizational strategy
- Monitor performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and drive process enhancements
- Manage budgets, operational risks, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards
- Train teams on compliance requirements and investigate concerns when needed
What Were Looking For
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience in operations or distribution
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize, delegate, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent experience (Required)
- 5 years of related operational experience, preferably in aerospace or a related industry
- DOT 49 CFR / IATA Hazmat Certification (Strongly Preferred)
