Training Coordinator

SkyBridge Tactical is a Prime Contractor for MSOFS and a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Tampa, FL, founded in 2008 to support our customers’ global security, operational and training needs, focusing on mission success in most challenging environments. SBT current contracts address U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) and U.S. Department of State (DOS) demand for highly skilled professionals to solve problems in the interest of national security.

We’re hiring a Training Coordinator to support scheduling, coordination, and liaison functions between Naval Special Warfare range operations and USMC Range Control/Safety at MCAS Yuma. This is a coordination-heavy role that requires confidence working with military range operations.

Description

• Serve as liaison between NSW range users and USMC Range Control / Safety
• Coordinate and manage range scheduling and range utilization procedures
• Support scheduling across training areas and coordination between MCAS Yuma and external training locations
• Provide updates on range/training status and unit utilization
• Coordinate logistics and administrative requirements tied to training support
• Support reporting and stakeholder communications

Required Qualifications

• 5 years military training and range operations experience (within last 10 years)
• 3 years USMC range operations procedures experience
• Familiarity with RFMSS (or other DoD range scheduling systems)
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate government vehicles
• Active DoD Secret clearance

• Bachelor’s degree
• NSW/SOF familiarity
