We are seeking a motivated recent grad interested in launching a career in the staffing industry. This is an inside sales business development role, responsible for building relationships with hiring managers nationwide to sell our contract staffing solutions. We are hiring for both our Life Sciences and Software/Hardware Engineering Divisions. This lucrative opportunity offers a base salary and uncapped commissions.


Role Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious Entry-Level Business Development Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to gain experience in the consulting and staffing industry. As a Business Development Manager, you will work to explore new business opportunities, seek potential sales prospects, and collaborate closely with our sales team. Training and mentorship will be provided to help you grow in this dynamic role. The ideal candidate is a 2024-2025 graduate eager to build a career in inside sales. Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Relations:

  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities through research and networking.
  • Support the team in building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Help present information related to recruiting and staffing services to potential clients.

Client & Project Support:

  • Learn about client needs and our service offerings and processes.
  • Assist the team in ensuring timely and successful delivery of services that meet client objectives.
  • Help address client requests and resolve escalated issues as needed.

Analysis & Reporting:

  • Gain exposure to strategic client acquisition, market analysis, and in-depth client analysis.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate client records in line with company standards.
  • Work towards achieving weekly goals under the mentorship of the team.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in a related degree program is preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and sense of commitment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
  • Desire to learn about customer service and business development processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Strong listening abilities and effective verbal and written communication skills.
