What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development Manager position at RAH SACO-CH LLC?

We’re looking for a dynamic leader to oversee our BDC and drive dealership growth. Responsibilities include managing inbound/outbound leads, coaching BDC reps, optimizing CRM processes, and working with sales team to increase appointments and conversions. Automotive BDC or management experience preferred.Automotive dealership or BDC leadership experience preferred.Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.Ability to analyze data and optimize processes for efficiency and growth.Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Dealertrack, Elead, VinSolutions) is a plus.Driven, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
