Position Summary
As Chef de Cuisine – In-Room Dining, you will be entrusted with crafting intimate, personalized culinary moments that reflect the resort's legacy of excellence. You will collaborate closely with the resort's Executive Chef and culinary leadership to ensure that every dish delivered to a guest's door is executed with precision, artistry, and warmth. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all culinary operations for In-Room Dining, ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation.
- Develop and execute menus that reflect the resort's culinary identity while offering personalized options for guests.
- Manage a team of chefs, cooks, and support staff with a focus on mentorship, training, and performance excellence.
- Collaborate with service teams to ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and guest delivery.
- Uphold the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen organization.
- Monitor food costs, labor, and inventory to maintain profitability without compromising quality.
- Respond to guest feedback and special requests with agility and grace, ensuring every experience feels bespoke.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef in a luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining environment.
- Expertise in elevated cuisine with a strong foundation in classical techniques and global influences.
